Day 70: 7:05 miles logged, 472.85 to go… Three mile afternoon run… hot, sweat, humid- so not my cup of tea! Proof positive why I prefer to run in the early morning and in the evenings. Evening 3 mile run with an extra mile following with Bob. Can I just tell you that my husband has a ridiculously long stride?!? It is really hard to keep up with him when we run. Thankfully, he hasn’t built up any substantial distance yet, so I can hang with him for the short bursts we are currently doing together : )
Long day: BNI 10 minute presentation, office work, JLE meeting, and a dinner potluck. Spent my evening with some amazing colleagues and friends with the Evansville Wedding Vendor Networking Association … These are the friends who don’t bat an eye when you break out with your colored pencils, markers, and crayons to decorate cards for another wedding vendor friend! I love having friends like that who not only embrace my quirkiness but also who come together to take care of their own.
